About The Company

Our client, based out of Leeds, is a leading provider of software solutions to the manufacturing industry. As they continue to invest in digital transformation, they're seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead a high-impact Workday Payroll system implementation.

The Role

They're looking for an experienced and delivery-focused Project Manager to drive the successful implementation of Workday Payroll, ensuring integration with business operations and alignment with their digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday Payroll across the business
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure a smooth delivery
• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Use Jira for task tracking, project planning, and status reporting
• Ensure compliance, data integrity, and change management best practices
• Report progress to senior leadership and drive accountability
  
  

• 5+ years' experience in project management within complex environments
• Proven track record implementing Workday Payroll (must-have)
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and systems integration
• Experience using Jira for project delivery
• Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working remotely with occasional travel to Leeds
