Project Manager – Global Credit Card Rollout – £400-£485/day PAYE
Initial 6-month rolling contract | Hybrid (Berkshire)

We’re recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join a major 24-month transformation programme for a FTSE 50 multinational. This is a high-profile, global rollout of a new company credit card system, requiring a hands-on leader who can bring structure, pace, and clarity across multiple workstreams and regions.
Key responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain robust project governance and structure

• Lead Steerco preparation and administration – scheduling, preparing impactful papers, capturing minutes, and driving actions to completion

• Develop and maintain the global rollout plan, roadmap, and playbook

• Coordinate delivery across IT, finance, change, comms, legal, and third-party suppliers

• Manage project budgets – controlling spend, tracking costs, and forecasting future requirements

• Prepare clear, professional PowerPoint decks for senior stakeholder meetings

• Maintain RAID logs, manage dependencies, and address risks before they escalate

• Oversee UAT preparation and execution, including scripts, test data, results collation, and reporting

• Ensure global stakeholder engagement, consultation, and buy-in across regions

• Facilitate change and comms activity in partnership with the change management team

Skills & experience required:

• HR/Payroll PM background (candidates with this background will get priority)

• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-country rollouts in large, fast-paced organisations

• Strong governance, planning, and stakeholder management skills

• Confident in budget control, business case preparation, and financial modelling

• Experience leading UAT and coordinating across multiple suppliers

• Excellent organisational skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Contract details:

• Day rate: £400-£485/day PAYE

• Location: Hybrid – Berkshire office

• Duration: 6-month rolling contract (part of a 24-month programme)

• Interviews: Ideally, 15th August, if not end of Aug 26th/27th

• Start date: September 2025
