Project Manager - Energy Infrastructure (DNO Framework)

Location: Central Southern England (Hybrid)
Contract Type: Contract (Full-Time)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead the delivery of infrastructure projects under a major DNO Framework. This multi-year programme is part of a £1 billion investment initiative to modernise the UK's electricity distribution network, enhance resilience, and support net-zero goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycle across multiple sites in central southern England.
• Manage stakeholder relationships including the DNO, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and delivery governance.
• Lead planning, budgeting, risk management, and performance reporting.
• Drive safety, quality, and customer satisfaction outcomes.
• Promote innovation and sustainable practices.

Requirements

• Experience managing large-scale substation infrastructure or utility projects.
• Strong understanding of electricity networks and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Recognised project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, PMP).
• Willingness to travel across the delivery region.
