Overview

Our mission is to make meaningful learning a part of your everyday. The shelf life of our skills is now less than 5 years. So, if you stopped learning today, your skills would soon be irrelevant. Think that’s a big problem? You’d be right.

Enter HowNow. Founded in 2019, our Learning and Skills Platform is disrupting the way people learn and upskill through technology. Whether it’s finding a quick answer, learning skills or tapping into shared knowledge, we make it easy for people to learn what they need, when they need it.

Already used by fast-growing scale-ups and global enterprises, such as Trainline, Depop and Sanofi, we’re pushing the boundaries of how people learn.

Hi I’m Anil, a Senior Project Manager at HowNow. I’m looking for a Project Manager to join us.

You’ll be at the heart of our growth, building great partnerships, and making sure everything runs smoothly. If you’re excited about technology, managing projects, and really making a difference, this job is perfect for you. You’ll work on external, customer-based projects as well as internal projects — one day you may be overseeing implementation of the HowNow platform for one of our customers, and the next helping plan and execute our internal projects to accelerate strategic growth plans.

You’ll find energy in taking an abstract brief or desired end state and working cross-functionally to identify how that can be achieved, who may need to be involved, and driving it to completion and measuring the impact. It is a fast-paced role which can come with high demands (we’re growing a market leading learning company, which doesn’t come easy), so you’ll need to be used to working under pressure.

Longer term, as someone who overlooks delivery projects, you’ll also have the opportunity to influence the way in which we deliver projects, finding efficiencies and streamlining our processes.

Alongside the opportunities to develop and grow your career, we\'re a fun and friendly bunch. Have a watch of the video below to get an understanding of what it\'s like to work here.
