We’re Hiring: Temporary Project Manager (6-Month Contract) – London (Hybrid)

3 days a week in our vibrant London office | Immediate Start Preferred

We’re a fast-growing, product-led fintech at the intersection of global financial services and the world’s biggest retailers and we’re looking for a Temporary Project Manager to help us scale.

Why this role matters

We’re experiencing a temporary spike in demand for client onboarding, and this 6-month contract will give us critical extra firepower to deliver world-class experiences for our clients.

You’ll be joining our high-performing Delivery, Technology & Operations (DTO) function, reporting to the DTO Director, to manage onboarding projects end to end aligning internal teams, managing client expectations, and ensuring smooth, timely delivery into production.

What you’ll do

Lead complex, high-impact client onboarding projects from kick-off to go-live
Own planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder alignment
Chair steering groups and governance forums
Support a parallel internal project linked to onboarding optimisation
Drive clarity across project scope, deliverables, timescales, and quality
Keep everyone – clients and colleagues – informed, engaged, and accountable

About you

You’re a seasoned Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments. You know how to bring structure to complexity, make smart decisions under pressure, and build trust at every level.

You’ll also bring:

Proven project/programme management experience (ideally in financial services)

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Comfort with hybrid delivery – including remote workshops via MS Teams

Sharp attention to detail and a proactive mindset

Confidence managing project risks, timelines, budgets and change control

A hands-on approach – you’re not afraid to muck in when needed!

Experience onboarding clients in a tech, fintech, or B2B SaaS environment
Familiarity with digital marketing or loyalty platforms
A track record of landing complex projects smoothly, on time, and on budget

Location: London-based, with 3 days a week in-office collaboration.
