Overview

I am working with a specialist roofing and cladding contractor who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven experience in the sector to take ownership of projects and deliver them successfully from start to finish.

Role

• Manage roofing and cladding projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality standards across multiple sites
• Coordinate with clients, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues
• Ensure all health, safety, and compliance standards are met
• Report on project performance to senior management

The Candidate

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in roofing and cladding project management
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, site teams, and senior management
• Comfortable working from home while regularly visiting sites along the M25 and M4 corridor
• Full UK driving licence

Package

• Salary up to £50,000 (depending on experience)
• Home-based working with travel expenses covered
• Opportunity to work with a respected contractor on high-quality projects

Location

Remote working with visits across the South of England (M25 and M4 corridor)
