We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Capital Projects and wider Highways team in Brixworth Northamptonshire. In this role, you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of highway improvement schemes as part of the Highway Framework Contracts on behalf of West and North Northamptonshire Councils.

Effective and reliable transport infrastructure is essential to everyday life. At Kier Transportation, we support the movement of people, goods, and services through the planning and delivery of key infrastructure projects.

Location : Brixworth, Northamptonshire – a minimum of 3 days in the office is required; remote working available for 2 days
Hours : Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week) – flexible working hours available
Salary : £60,000 – £65,000 per year + £5,900 annual car allowance + private healthcare + additional benefits

As a Project Manager, you will coordinate the design and delivery of major highway improvement schemes, collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects meet programme, cost, and quality objectives. This role operates within the NEC4 Term Service Contract framework.
