Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager (PM) to lead and deliver complex, bespoke client projects from concept to completion. This role spans both brands within the group, requiring engagement with stakeholders across engineering teams in the UK and Italy, and manufacturing teams in Taiwan. Projects are highly customised for each client, necessitating strong coordination, commercial understanding, and delivery focus.

While this position does not require technical decision-making, a solid grasp of hardware/software environments or supply chain processes is essential for context and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and to budget

  • Liaise with engineering teams in the UK and Italy, ensuring clear translation of client requirements

  • Coordinate with manufacturing teams in Taiwan, adapting to varying methodologies (, Agile in Europe, Waterfall in Taiwan)

  • Work closely with customers to gather and refine project requirements, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and sustainable in the long term

  • Oversee internal and external deliverables, holding teams accountable to agreed timelines and expectations

  • Planning, Governance & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies

  • Track performance using project tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Confluence, and others

  • Report on progress, risks, and dependencies to senior management and stakeholders

  • Ensure compliance with internal governance and customer-specific requirements

  • Methodology & Process Adaptability

  • Apply best practices in project management while remaining flexible to operate across Agile and Waterfall methodologies

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project frameworks and communication processes

  • Candidate Profile

    Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field

  • 5+ years’ experience in end-to-end project management, ideally in technology, product development, or supply chain

  • Background in managing cross-functional and international teams

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, PMBOK, Lean, or Six Sigma

  • Understanding of hardware/software product development or supply chain processes

  • Skills

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, especially across cultures and time zones

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

  • Comfortable working with project tools like Jira, Asana, Confluence, Power BI, and Microsoft Project
