We’re Hiring: Project Manager – Large-Scale Digital Transformation
Location: London / Nottingham (Hybrid)
Contract: 18+ Months

Are you ready to lead a high-profile digital transformation project in the live entertainment industry?

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a £1m+ initiative, driving innovation and operational excellence across multiple brands and locations. This role will see you working at the heart of an exciting, fast-paced sector — collaborating with UK-based teams and international stakeholders to deliver a game-changing platform for events and ticketing.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the project from initiation to delivery, setting scope, governance, and timelines
• Coordinating cross-functional teams across tech, business, and international partners
• Managing budgets, resources, risks, and milestones with precision
• Driving Agile ways of working, including sprints, retrospectives, and demos
• Providing updates and insights to senior leadership and the board

What we’re looking for

• Strong track record managing complex tech or digital transformation projects
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience with open-source platforms and Agile delivery
• Industry experience in entertainment, ticketing, or CRM systems is a bonus
