This ‘Third Party Administrator – with a difference’ is the brain child of several insurance veterans with rich pedigrees in utilising state-of-the-art technology to tackle longstanding problems in the claims industry. Cash rich, it has been backed by a number of specialist VC firms, and has long-term agreements in place with some of the best-known MGA’s on the planet.
This is a 100% home-based role, where you will be provided with all the tools needed to make a real success of this role (including a top of the range Apple MacBook with additional screens etc), and benefiting from an extremely friendly and supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Property Claims Handlers, each dealing with a varied caseload comprising both Commercial and a small amount of Domestic Property losses.
- Train, develop and coach the team; allocate workloads; act as an escalation point for complaints; conduct file/audit checks to ensure compliance.
- Serve as a technical referral point for the team; act as a resource in a fully remote-based environment; contribute to a friendly and supportive team culture and shared goals.
Qualifications / Skills
- Expert on all things Property claims.
- Solid managerial skills with the ability to manage a fully remote-based team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment; willingness to challenge the status quo; willingness to engage in a variety of projects and assignments.
