We are looking to speak with experienced Property Litigation Solicitors ready to take the next step in their career by joining a prestigious Dispute Resolution team. The Role This is a fantastic opportunity to join a national Property Litigation team working on high-value and complex disputes across the public and private sectors. You will work closely with nationally recognised Partners and play a key role in advising institutional landlords, developers, retailers, and local authorities. The work is both challenging and rewarding, encompassing:

Commercial landlord and tenant disputes Development-related litigation including rights to light, restrictive covenants, and overage Adverse possession and title disputes Trespass, nuisance, and property damage claims Strategic advice on risk management and dispute avoidance

Candidate

3+ years’ PQE with a strong background in property litigation Experience managing your own caseload as well as supervising or mentoring junior team members A commercial, client-focused mindset with the ability to build strong and lasting relationships A genuine passion for dispute resolution and property law Prior experience in a national or highly regarded regional law firm would be an advantage 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (with the option to buy/sell) Private medical insurance and life assurance Enhanced maternity/paternity packages Structured career development pathway Hybrid working and a supportive, inclusive culture
