Role Description At Thomas & Co Solicitors, we’re inviting you to join our close-knit, supportive team in the picturesque village of Tisbury, nestled in the heart of beautiful Wiltshire and named one of the best places to live by the Sunday Times. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Solicitor. The Property Solicitor will handle a wide range of property law matters, including conveyancing transactions, drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiating terms, and providing advice on legal risks. Key responsibilities include managing cases from initial instruction to completion, engaging with clients and third parties, and ensuring compliance with current property regulations. The role also involves contributing to the firm’s commitment to delivering timely and efficient legal services. Qualifications

Expertise in Property Law, including residential and commercial property transactions Strong skills in Contract Drafting, Reviewing, and Negotiation Excellent Client Communication, Relationship Building, and Advisory skills Proficiency in Case Management and Regulatory Compliance Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work effectively in a collaborative on‑site environment A professional legal qualification (e.g., Solicitor) and valid practicing certificate Experience in property litigation or lease extensions is advantageous
