Key Responsibilities
- Place purchase orders based on customer needs and stock levels
- Maintain inventory in line with company policy
- Liaise with suppliers and hauliers to resolve delivery issues
- Handle purchase complaints and log improvement areas
- Keep our ERP system up to date and aligned with warehouse stock
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Resilience under pressure and a solution-focused mindset
- Comfortable working with numbers and systems like Excel
