They are well organised, meritocratic, and reserve time for genuine thinking, staying creative and attuned to the cultural context of their work and the mind-set of the intended consumer segment.We seek candidates with solid consumer qualitative research experience, both face-to-face and online. This is a leadership position internally, and formal new business experience and advanced skills with proposal and pitch work will be key.
