Based in various clinics, mostly around the South East of the UK, PFAS are an independent provider of quality medical assessments using a network of specialist health practitioners. Position:

As Quality Assurance Lead you will create and support a robust quality and customer focused culture that is also performance driven, whilst developing and protecting our reputation. Using proven excellent communications skills you will work closely with other members of the team to drive a quality culture while ensuring that customer care is delivered to the highest standard, and establish, implement, and maintain an effective engagement structure for the team around all things clinical and quality, and encourage participation in PFAS wide engagement events.

Working under the guidance of the Head of Clinical Governance and Quality (HCGQ) and Head of Lot (HL) to make improvements to the clinical delivery of PFAS, you will ensure

You will be be accountable for timely feedback and amendments for all Health Professionals and escalate when this cannot be met, address and review all complaints at a team and individual level to identify trends/risk/development opportunities and support complaints response where required, and this should be in line with the guidance provided by the Prime Contract Holder. Use management information to identify trends impacting quality and performance.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role it is essential to have one of the following qualifications:

Physios/OTs

Paramedics

Nurses:

Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
