We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager with experience in developing and delivering QA programmes within Financial Services, and a passion for team development. This is a new role that will influence our quality assurance processes.
How you'll make a difference
You will oversee the Customer Assurance Governance Framework and lead a small team managing Quality Assurance across our Customer Division, which includes mortgage, savings, and insurance products across all channels.
What will you bring to the role?
- Experience overseeing FCA regulated activities (e.g., Mortgage Advice, Underwriting, Savings, Insurance) (essential)
- Experience managing and developing Quality Assurance Frameworks/Programmes
- Full CeMap qualification (preferred or willingness to study)
- Understanding of FCA Code of Conduct, Principles for Business, Consumer Duty, and Vulnerable Customer Guidance
- People management and development experience
- Ability to analyze QA data, identify trends and root causes to improve processes and customer outcomes
- Experience leading calibration sessions, coaching colleagues for alignment
- Resource planning and work allocation skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills
