Quality Improvement Lead - Diagnostics

Home based with travel to meet the needs of the business

Full Time - 37.5 Hours Per Week

Up to £53,000 + benefits

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Improvement Lead to join our Diagnostic governance team at Ramsay Health Care UK.

We’re looking for an experienced Quality Improvement Lead to help shape, deliver, and continuously improve clinical governance and imaging quality standards across our Diagnostic Imaging services at Ramsay Health Care UK. This role involves close collaboration with both clinical and governance teams to ensure the effective delivery of imaging governance.

About The Role

As Quality Improvement Lead – Diagnostics, you will play a critical role in:

Leading on quality improvement initiatives within diagnostic imaging services, ensuring they are aligned with national guidance, professional standards, and evidence-based practice.

Overseeing incident management, clinical governance processes, and continuous improvement activities that drive patient safety and service excellence.

Supporting and guiding imaging teams to maintain compliance with regulatory standards, including IR(ME)R 2017, IRR 2017, and MHRA MRI safety guidelines.

Leading audits, evaluating clinical practices, and integrating patient experience insights to inform service development and redesign.

Working collaboratively across clinical and corporate governance teams to embed a strong culture of safety, quality, and learning.
