Do you want to be part of a high‑performing, engineering‑lead scale‑up? I am supporting a FinTech that has already employed 100 people this year! Having just acquired over $100m in funding, they are undoubtedly investing in people, product, and tech. With that I need someone who’s been there and done that with all things Quant and Python.
The product is a high‑speed trading platform at the intersection of finance and blockchain. You’ll help build the research platform used by quant teams to test, scale, and deploy trading strategies.
They are based in Central London and have a hybrid model of 3 days in the office per week.
Responsibilities
- Build tooling for strategy simulation and post‑trade analysis
- Develop scalable data pipelines and dashboards
- Work closely with traders to turn research into production (just to name a few)
Qualifications
- Write clean Python code
- Know your way around Pandas, NumPy, and Jupyter
- Have experience with APIs, data workflows, and trading concepts
- Bonus: ML libraries, distributed compute, or crypto exchange experience
Benefits
In return, they’re offering up to £250k DOE. The hybrid set‑up in their London office includes benefits such as pension and healthcare.
