As Quotes & Tenders Specialist, you will support the tender & bid management elements of our business. You will be expected to work individually and as part of a team, researching and understanding pre-qualification and tender requirements to ensure accurate, compliant submissions that meet deadlines. You will be the first point of contact for all quotes and related inquiries from internal and external customers.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Review tender adverts for new business and coordinate high-quality, timely submissions, including:

1. Downloading/uploading tender documents via procurement portals
2. Managing the approval process before submission
3. Liaising with Commercial teams to meet tender objectives

Complete PQQ, PFQ submissions, and technical/compliance information for tenders and expressions of interest. Collaborate with colleagues to gather data, maintain document libraries, and process reagent rental contracts in SAP. Coordinate quote preparations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies, and manage approval flows to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, compliant quotes. Assist in producing documentation and templates as needed.

What You Bring:

• Experience in a similar role and industry preferred
• Fluent in English & Dutch; French is desirable
• Knowledge of the life sciences and clinical diagnostics market is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent written communication
• Ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
• Good computer literacy and presentation skills
• Experience with SFDC and SAP is desirable
