Overview
We are looking for an experienced finance professional, preferably with charity sector experience, to lead the Finance function and play a key role in ensuring the Fund delivers excellent financial management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Finance team and provide financial expertise essential to the organisation’s ability to steward finances properly.
- Make sound financial decisions, comply with regulations and standards, and manage risk.
- Operate in a collaborative, business‑partnering environment and nurture a high‑performing team.
- Work flexibly in a busy environment with a minimum of three days working in the office per week at our London HQ.
Qualifications
- Qualified accountant with strong leadership, technical and people skills.
- Experience supporting a finance function that is strategically influential and important.
- Innovative, solutions‑focused and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Location
London HQ, minimum three days in the office per week.
