Overview

We are seeking a React Developer to join our land-based gaming solutions company, delivering advanced monitoring and cashless payment systems across the UK, Ireland, and now the US. We're growing fast and looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to take ownership of our user interfaces and set the direction for our frontend strategy.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development of modern, scalable UIs using React.

• Own frontend development across multiple products.

• Work closely with product, backend, and design teams to deliver seamless, user-friendly experiences.

• Define best practices for code quality, performance, and maintainability.

• Provide technical leadership and mentor other developers.

• Stay ahead of industry trends to keep our products market-leading.

What We're Looking For

• Strong professional experience building React applications.

• Deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, state management, and testing.

• Proven ability to lead or drive UI projects.

• Comfortable in small, fast-moving teams with an ownership mindset.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with other frameworks (Vue, Angular, Svelte, etc.).

• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.

• Background in gaming or other high-performance, interactive systems.
