React Native Mobile Developer (12 Month FTC) – Remote with 1 day on-site per month in Redditch, Birmingham.

Salary and Benefits

£40,000 - £45,000 + Up to 4% bonus + 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays + Pension.

With new contracts and acquisitions, there is a focus on expanding the Software division to meet increasing demand.

The Role

In this varied role, you will be responsible for writing, testing, and deploying clean, efficient, and maintainable code for a range of software applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, product managers, and designers to ensure user-friendly interfaces and functionalities. As a member of the development team, you\'ll be expected to have a strong understanding of modern software practices to improve the software development process and product performance.

The Candidate

• Professional experience in mobile development, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in JavaScript and the React Native framework.
• Strong understanding of app deployments in both the Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.

Responsibilities

• Write, test, and deploy clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Remote with 1 day a month on-site in Redditch.
