We’re working with one of the UK’s most recognisable estate agency brands to appoint an ambitious Lettings Manager / Valuer to lead growth across Berkshire and The Chilterns. This is a unique hybrid position combining field autonomy with the structure, resources, and culture of a nationally renowned property business.

The role

You’ll be at the forefront of building market share across your region — valuing properties, securing new instructions, and delivering an exceptional experience for landlords and tenants alike. Supported by an award-winning marketing team and best-in-class technology, you’ll focus on driving lettings performance and supporting a motivated team of negotiators to exceed their goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conducting lettings valuations and winning new landlord instructions
• Driving performance and exceeding personal and branch targets
• Ensuring outstanding service delivery throughout the lettings process
• Supporting, developing, and motivating lettings negotiators
• Stepping in for the Lettings Manager when required

About you

We’re looking for a confident and experienced lettings professional with:

• A proven track record in residential lettings valuations and listings within Berkshire/Bucks
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• A commercial mindset with a drive to exceed targets
• Full UK driving licence and a genuine passion for property
