The position is fully remote, providing flexibility while supporting a busy and collaborative team. Responsibilities

Advise on a range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and developments Draft and negotiate leases, sale contracts, and ancillary documents Conduct legal due diligence and assist with transaction management Liaise with clients and counterparties to progress matters efficiently

Qualifications

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 6+ years’ PQE

Required Skills

Strong drafting skills and experience handling property transactions Able to manage work independently with appropriate supervision Strong commercial awareness and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
