Overview

Senior Real Estate Solicitor role with a top tier Legal 500 firm based in Reading, offering City quality work outside London. The firm is looking to recruit a solicitor to join their property team with a focus on agricultural/rural work.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of property transactions with a focus on rural land, including sales and acquisitions of agricultural land and buildings.
• Draft overage provisions and manage farm-related tenancy issues, including succession rights and surrenders.
• Manage wayleaves and easements, as well as related property development/investment work.
• Contribute to renewable energy projects and other property-related matters.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with a range of experience on property matters; firm is willing to consider NQ up to 4 years PQE.
• Real Estate Solicitor with interest/experience in agricultural/rural property.
