Internal Recruiter | Leading Retailer | Hybrid Working

Zachary Daniels is seeking an Internal Recruiter for a retail business. This role offers hybrid working with approximately 1-2 days in the office.

The role as Internal Recruiter:

As an Internal Recruiter, you will partner with the retail and head office divisions to deliver sustainable and measurable results regarding cost, time, and quality of hires through effective sourcing, pipeline management, and forecasting activities. You will build and maintain a strong talent pool, champion recruitment processes, and act as a brand ambassador, working closely with various teams to ensure the right people with the right skills and attitude are hired.

The candidate will have/be:

You should have a proven track record of filling vacancies with top talent within an in-house or consultancy environment, preferably in the retail sector. You must be highly organized, able to work at a fast pace, and possess excellent prioritization and communication skills. We are looking for a self-motivated, people-oriented individual who is driven to succeed.

Salary and Benefits:
