We're looking for a Recruiter to join our award-winning Talent Acquisition team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting our natural resources, nuclear and networks expanding water business.
Location: Can operate from any of our UK offices - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required
Hours: Permanent – flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know in your application
What will you be responsible for?
As a Recruiter, you'll co-ordinate the full end to end recruitment process and develop strong working relationships with hiring managers, HR teams and the wider recruitment team.
Your Day To Day Will Include
- Co-ordinating the recruitment process including writing and posting adverts, arranging interviews and accurately reviewing offer details
- Sourcing candidates and talent pooling utilising our recruitment system and job boards (eg LinkedIn)
- Support the Senior Recruiters by owning a number of vacancies
- Being a positive brand ambassador for Kier selling our employee value proposition
- Working collaboratively with the rest of the team to contribute towards identifying and implementing improvements to our processes
This Recruiter role is great for you if you have:
- Experience directly sourcing candidates using a variety of attraction methods
- Demonstrable experience working within a recruitment environment – internal or agency
- Good engagement skills with the ability to be a creative and curious thinker
- Proficiency in the use MS Office, especially MS Excel, candidate tracking systems and social media tools
