Role Overview

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager for APAC & EMEA, you will lead all hiring for the APAC region, supporting business units including Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Customer Success, Finance, and HR.

You will partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to design sourcing strategies to attract top talent and collaborate with hiring managers to fill roles. Key stakeholders include the VP General Manager, APAC, HR Business Partner, Head of Finance, and the APAC leadership team.

Please note that Intuit operates a hybrid working environment requiring three days in the office per week.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an advisor to internal stakeholders to understand business strategies and talent needs.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and coach them on scalable evaluation solutions.
• Lead the offer process, negotiate, and close candidates.
• Create positive candidate and hiring team experiences.
• Contribute to operational excellence through strategic projects.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with the broader talent acquisition team and mentor others.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the global business as needed.

Qualifications

• Success in full-cycle recruitment, preferably supporting Go-to-Market teams in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Experience partnering with leadership at various levels, up to regional managers.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other Talent Partners across a wide range of openings.
