Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and managing correspondence.
  • Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and ensure accurate role descriptions.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information.
  • Support hiring managers with candidate shortlisting and communication.
  • Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies during recruitment.
  • Respond to recruitment-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in recruitment or Human Resources administration within the professional services industry.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or similar recruitment tools.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Understanding of employment regulations and recruitment best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
