Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and managing correspondence.
- Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and ensure accurate role descriptions.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information.
- Support hiring managers with candidate shortlisting and communication.
- Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding documentation.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies during recruitment.
- Respond to recruitment-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department as required.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in recruitment or Human Resources administration within the professional services industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or similar recruitment tools.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Understanding of employment regulations and recruitment best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
