ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding of talented Team Members across our rapidly expanding salon network. This role will initially start as a 6 month Fixed Term Contract but may have potential to extend based on business needs.

Working closely with the wider People Team, you’ll ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process, assisting with scheduling, compliance, and general recruitment administration. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, people-focused, and eager to grow their career in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, high-performing team and to gain hands-on experience in recruitment operations, candidate experience, and HR administration.
