About the Job

This role will support the Talent Acquisition team with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks, playing a key role in keeping recruitment processes running smoothly. From screening CVs to arranging interviews and preparing offer letters, you'll be an essential part of a busy, welcoming team.

Duties

  • Screening CVs and helping shortlist suitable candidates
  • Posting vacancies to the ATS/LinkedIn, ensuring branding is consistent
  • Managing interview scheduling, candidate communications, and inbox queries
  • Liaising with stakeholders across the business
  • Preparing offer letters and managing contract documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records on the ATS, trackers, and Excel reports, ensuring data reflects real-time activity
  • Supporting pre-employment admin including right-to-work documentation and psychometric assessments

About the Successful Applicant

You will be a confident and engaging administrator with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. A background in hospitality or retail is helpful but not essential. You should be comfortable using ATS systems and Excel, with a proactive, friendly, and professional approach to your work.
