Job Description

Qurated are looking for ambitious early-career professionals to join our rapidly growing consultancy in a fast-tracked trainee role. As an Analyst, you will gain broad exposure across our business, identifying and engaging high-calibre professionals who deliver our client projects across consultancy and executive search. Through training, you'll develop the skills needed to progress into one of four key areas: Recruitment Delivery, Consultancy, Sales or People Engagement (PMO), and fast-track your career in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Continuous training and learning opportunities to build knowledge and understanding of recruitment best practice, research methodology, talent engagement, and client delivery.
  • Gain exposure to senior-level candidates and learn about their motivations, career goals, skills and alignment to client needs.
  • Understand Qurated’s processes, business model, and how we deliver value to clients.
  • Develop an understanding of client business needs, hiring processes, and the market landscape.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with industry professionals to expand your network, generating leads, market information, and referrals.
  • Participate in the organising and/or attending Qurated events and external industry events, building your external network and market presence
  • Research market trends, company structures, and hiring patterns to build commercial knowledge.
  • Gather insights on roles, team structures, and business needs through candidate interactions
  • Share relevant market data and commercial insights to support internal teams.


Progression & Development

After the initial training period, you will be set up to transition into one of four career tracks based on your performance, strengths, interests and business needs:

  • Recruitment: Leading talent identification, managing processes for projects and mandates within our market-leading clients.
  • Sales: Supporting business development efforts, building relationships and identifying opportunities with new and existing clients.
  • Consulting: Delivering outcome-based projects and interim solutions for clients.
  • People Engagement (PMO): Working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure the smooth running of projects and championing client and consultant satisfaction.


You will have:

  • A 2:1 degree or equivalent, with extra-curricular achievements that show your drive.
  • Some commercial work experience, whether in a graduate scheme or an industry role, now looking to pivot into a new direction.
  • Natural curiosity, drive, and desire to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A strong track record of excelling in academics, sports, leadership roles, or personal ventures
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to go above and beyond
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
