E-ACT as our Recruitment and Onboarding Business Partner and play a pivotal role in shaping how we attract and welcome top talent across our Trust.In this role, you will lead a dedicated team to deliver a streamlined, high-quality recruitment and onboarding process for all new employees. You will ensure full compliance with safer recruitment practices and KCSIE guidelines, while building strong relationships with Headteachers, Education Directors, and central teams to meet organisational needs.Working closely with and reporting to the Chief Talent Officer, you will collaborate with Headteachers, Education Directors, and central teams to ensure our recruitment and onboarding processes meet the evolving needs of the organisation.In this role, you will take the lead in ensuring full compliance with safer recruitment and safeguarding requirements, including signing off all new employee files before final Headteacher approval. You will be responsible for reviewing and enhancing onboarding processes and templates to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for every new hire. You will also manage visa applications in line with UKVI regulations and have responsibility for tracking and reporting on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, advertising success and source analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading the team to deliver a centralised recruitment and onboarding process across the TrustEnsuring safeguarding compliance in line with KSCIE and maintain the Single Central RegisterManaging stakeholder engagement and communication across multiple academiesOverseeing immigration processes and UKVI platform usageDriving data-led improvements through recruitment metrics and reportingSupporting and developing the team through coaching and performance reviewsWhat Are WeProven experience in recruitment and onboarding within a complex organisationStrong knowledge of safer recruitment, KCSIE, and employment legislationExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsA proactive, flexible mindset with a passion for continuous improvementExperience with ATS and HRIS systems, and a commitment to service excellenceCore Skills and Other SkillsCore Skills: Onboarding, ATSOther Skills: Stakeholder ManagementSeniority: Lead
