We are hiring an additional Recruiter to work 100% remotely (live anywhere in the UK) for our We Are Revolution brand, delivering placements to elite US firms in legal, accounting, and tech from wherever you are.

• £30k - £40k base salary depending on experience

• 10% flat-rate commission (fully remote), 15% in office

• Warm market to work in, with over 10,000 calls/week across the team

What to expect

• We provide a huge amount of leads, our billings are up there with the highest in the industry, and we work harder and longer hours than the industry average.
• We work USA hours: 10:00 - 20:15 Monday to Thursday and reduced hours on a Friday
• We make a lot of calls, hundreds a day
• We have a process that works, which has to be followed
• This is a full-on position that has great earning potential but requires you to be always on, even remotely
