Recruitment Consultant (Education Sector)

Salary: 30-35k plus 20% commission

Remote role with future office based in Uxbridge

About the Role

Are you an experienced Recruiter with a true "Hunter" mentality? Do you have experience within the Education recruitment sector or other recruitment fields? Our client is expanding and seeking an additional consultant to join their team.

This position offers the flexibility of working from home, with plans to establish an office in Uxbridge soon. Enjoy an attractive commission structure of 20% on all billings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Attract, register, and interview education professionals to build a strong candidate pool
2. Headhunt for specialized roles
3. Prepare candidates for interviews
4. Make outbound calls to schools, education providers, and new business leads
5. Develop and maintain strong client relationships
6. Conduct regular client visits
7. Negotiate fees and contracts
