The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take on a 270-degree role focused on delivery and account development. Working with warm clients and leads brought in by the Managing Director, you’ll run a dual desk, placing contract and permanent talent while nurturing and growing existing client relationships in the Insurance Tech Change & Transformation sector.

Responsibilities

• Deliver recruitment solutions for contract and permanent roles within insurance technology and change/transformation.
• Work with incoming business from the MD, ensuring rapid and high-quality results.
• Build and expand relationships with existing and warm clients.
