This is a delivery-led role with serious earning potential. You’ll work with experienced recruiters who are open to stronger roles – and help guide them through smarter, better-paid career moves.
You’ll also have the tools, platform and support to grow your own personal brand and reputation – not just do the work behind the scenes.
What you’ll actually be doing:
- Speaking with experienced recruiters every day
- Understanding their goals and matching them with better long-term roles
- Working live vacancies and inbound leads from day one
- Creating content and building your own presence in the Rec2Rec space
- Optional BD if you want it – fully supported, never forced
- Collaborating with the founders and helping shape how we scale

- Running their own desk, niche or region
