  • Utilising a range of sourcing methods to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Managing the entire recruitment process from client brief to candidate placement, including interviews and offer negotiation.
  • Providing expert advice to clients and candidates by staying up-to-date with market trends and salary benchmarks.
  • Ensuring all recruitment activities and data are compliant and accurately recorded.

Why would you be a good fit?

  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

What\'s in it for you?

You\'ll be joining a start-up, small business and contributing to rapid growth - so the opportunities really are endless and you will be given the tools and empowered to grow your own career.

  • Competitive base salary of £28,000 - £34,000 FTE depending on experience.
  • Uncapped commission scheme (£50,000+ OTE).
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.

  • Casual dress ("dress for your day" policy).
  • Regular company events.
  • Company pension.
  • Company laptop and softphone.
