The Candidate.

We’re looking for people who bring energy, ambition, and a genuine passion for recruitment and construction. Ideally, you'll bring:

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within construction
• Confidence in business development and relationship building
• A consultative, professional approach
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to motivate others
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivation and a proactive attitude
• Leadership experience (a plus, not essential)
• A valid driving licence
