We are growing and we are looking for an ambitious recruiter to join the team and help us take things to the next level.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through to placement
• Developing new business across QSR, retail and franchise clients
• Building strong client relationships and becoming a trusted partner
• Growing and leading established accounts, ensuring outstanding service delivery
• Managing a high volume of applications and roles while maintaining quality and care

What we’re looking for

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally agency side and within QSR, retail, franchise, hospitality or service sectors
• Confidence in business development, from prospecting new clients to closing agreements
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to consult and influence
• Organised and proactive with the ability to manage competing priorities
• A natural relationship builder who enjoys connecting people and opportunities
