We are looking for a driven, professional, and self-motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team on a freelance basis. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced recruiters who want the freedom to work independently while partnering with a reputable and supportive agency.

About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full 360 recruitment cycle. You will work independently to source, screen, and place candidates, while maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Requirements

• Must be self-employed or registered as a business (LTD, LLP, or Sole trader)
• Proven experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Access to your own tools (phone, laptop, internet, etc.)
• Existing client or candidate network is a plus

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage top talent using a variety of sourcing methods
• Manage client relationships and job vacancies
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
• Negotiate offers and manage the placement process
• Maintain accurate records and reporting
