Location: Remote with occasional travel to Downton, SP5 3RB (must be within a commutable distance)

We have an incredible opportunity for a People Recruitment Coordinator to join our team.

About You
You are a proactive and organised recruitment professional with experience in fast paced environments balancing multiple priorities. You thrive on managing recruitment administration efficiently and take pride in delivering a smooth and engaging candidate experience from start to finish.
You can demonstrate strong communication skills and attention to detail and have the confidence to support hiring managers across the full recruitment lifecycle. You understand the importance of maintaining accurate and up to date data within recruitment systems and have confidence to use this data to generate meaningful reports that support decision making and drive continuous improvements.
You can also demonstrate previous experience working with IRIS Networx Application Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn recruitment tools.

About the Role
As our Recruitment Coordinator you will be at the heart of our recruitment operations – delivering essential administrative support and helping build a first-class candidate and hiring manager experience. You will manage our central jobs inbox, managing the day-to-day recruitment administration and act as the first line support for recruitment queries from internal and external stakeholders.
You will also play an active role working with the recruitment Lead to contribute to our ongoing recruitment project, deliver meaningful recruitment statistics and identify opportunities for process improvements.

You’ll report to our Senior People Business Partner and be supervised in your day to day work by the recruitment lead.
