11 Investments is a group of specialist recruitment businesses built by entrepreneurs working collaboratively towards one goal: partnering top talent with a diverse client base. We are formed of 7 brands (3Search, Tenzing Search, FinRox, NearTech Search, Tarka Talent, Edenity, and FIFTEEN West) covering markets including sales, marketing, and consulting across the UK and US.

In 2024, we had our best-ever revenue year, and we are keeping the momentum going in 2025.

Responsibilities:

• Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates
• Consistently developing existing and new relationships with clients. Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share
• Managing a full-cycle recruitment process
• Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results
• Managing complex negotiations
• Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets
• Positively promote the 11 brand in the market
• Act as a role model and mentor for new staff, demonstrating values and work ethic while assisting junior recruiters
• Supports manager with training, standing in when required, and driving initiatives and company values

What are we looking for?

• Demonstrated success in delivering against individual and team revenue targets
• You have successfully worked as a 360 recruiter in an agency and have proven success
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in matching candidates/clients
• Maintain high levels of motivation to achieve both personal and team developmental goals
• Someone who aspires to be a thought leader in their sector
• People with lots of ideas who also encourage others to share theirs
• People who give and ask for quality feedback
• People who follow up on feedback they receive
• Kind people who give credit to others for their contributions
