A great opportunity to shape attraction and engagement at an "Outstanding" care provider! Join our team as a Recruitment Executive to make a meaningful impact in the care sector.

This is a 6 month temporary role with the opportunity to go permanent. This is a hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days at our offices based in Aldgate, London.

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for attracting quality candidates? We’re looking for a proactive and innovative Recruitment Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Resourcing to develop and implement a comprehensive talent attraction strategy across the UK. You’ll focus on identifying and engaging high quality candidates for both Carer and Head Office roles, ensuring recruitment targets are met within budget and agreed timelines.

As a key contributor to our employer branding initiatives, you’ll deliver impactful candidate attraction campaigns, staying ahead of industry changes to ensure we remain a market leader.

Working alongside the Head of Resourcing your role will include:

  • Planning and executing recruitment events to attract carers
  • Managing media and supplier relationships and identifying new opportunities
  • Setting up and managing talent pipelines and associated communication campaigns
  • Promoting a culture of advocacy, improving number of employee referrals made
  • Updating job copy on a regular basis, ensuring job descriptions are checked for unconscious bias and that content is aligned with any ethical recruitment initiatives
  • Daily monitoring of application levels for each role, checking source performance, analysing cost per offer, training booked and cost per new strategies
  • Creating engaging recruitment content to assist in promoting a strong employer brand, promoting the business as an employer of choice in the sector
  • Monitoring glassdoor and indeed reviews
  • Monitor daily conversations via our virtual recruitment assistant, Max, troubleshoot any issues on chats or interview bookings, analyse survey feedback, and report insights
  • Assisting the recruiters with any interviews as and when required
  • Undertaking detailed competitor analysis bi-annually and ROI report
  • Understanding of the recruitment landscape and best practices
  • MI and data (driven approach to work tasks)
  • Experience with social media campaigns and an understanding of PPC, SEO, and Google Analytics
  • Experience with recruitment careers sites and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Experience managing recruitment marketing budgets and analysis of ROI
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in overseeing and delivering multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Experience in employer branding
