Job Title: Recruitment Lead (Healthcare)
Reporting to: Recruitment Manager
Location: Hybrid – Must be able to travel when required

As a Recruitment Lead, you’ll play a vital role in building a highly skilled, compassionate healthcare workforce that delivers outstanding care across the UK. You’ll be the first point of connection between Newcross and our future healthcare heroes — ensuring they’re not just qualified, but inspired and ready to become true brand ambassadors.
What Will You Do?
- Lead end-to-end recruitment of top-tier candidates across a variety of healthcare specialisms, including NHS and Ofsted roles.
- Deliver a professional, efficient, and compliant recruitment experience from application to onboarding.
- Use your people skills to build excitement, trust, and commitment in every applicant interaction.
- Conduct interviews with precision, ensuring all documentation and regulatory checks are spot-on from the start (Right to Work, DBS/PVG/Access NI).
- Leverage the latest tech and tools to streamline processes and improve candidate journeys.
- Exceed recruitment targets while upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance.
- Collaborate across departments, contributing to strategic goals and team success.
- Stay ahead of the curve by embracing change, technology, and continuous personal growth.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment — ideally within healthcare, sales, customer service, or similar.
- Confidence in compliance and documentation accuracy — you get it right the first time.
- Strong interview and assessment skills with a sharp eye for candidate potential.
