Salary: Competitive and negotiable based on experience.

Location: Liverpool Street, London (Hybrid – 2 days on-site).

Ideal Attributes

• Experience leading and managing a successful recruitment team – ideally within technology verticals.
• Proven technology recruitment experience that can shape and attract top passive talent.
• Solid billing/placements history and role longevity.
• Recruitment experience in our markets/similar verticals – FinTech/fund/buy‑side clients highly desirable.
• Comprehensive market knowledge and strong commercial awareness.
• Demonstrable evidence of delivering a service based on integrity.
