Our residential services provide accommodation and supportfor autistic adults 52 weeks a year, 24 hours a day in urban and rural settings. We also provide supported living services for autistic adults who need extra help to live in their own homes or within our accommodation.

We have developed our education offer into a diverse network of independent schools and programmes which are relied upon by hundreds of people across the UK. We provide a wide range of services to support autistic children and young people. Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a proactive and organised Referral and Assessment Manager to lead the full referral lifecycle from initial enquiry to placement. The role involves coordinating and carrying out assessments, securing funding agreements, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure person-centred, compliant, and financially viable placements. This is a key role in promoting services, supporting growth, and driving continuous improvement.

This role will report to the Senior Business Development Manager

This is a permanent role, for five days per week/ 35 hours per week.

Salary: £36,000 per annum

Location: Home-based, with some travel needed for meetings and assessments
