Overview

Regional HR Business Partner role for a well-established, multi-site organisation. Home-based, but candidates must live in Bristol, Gloucester, Oxford or Trowbridge. Travel may be required across listed areas depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational, end-to-end HR support including performance management, employee relations, change management, development planning, and recruitment for management roles.
  • Partner with management teams to deliver integrated HR solutions, support employee welfare initiatives, and contribute to the implementation of key people strategies across the business.
  • Coach managers, navigate change, maintain confidentiality, and drive and model a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Qualifications

  • Experienced HR Business Partner / Senior HR Advisor with a track record in employee relations, performance management, and generalist HR support within a multi-site business.
  • Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards it.
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills; ability to drive change and work with minimal supervision.
  • Must have own vehicle and the ability to travel as required.
