At THE INKEY LIST, we don’t just make skincare—we make skincare make sense. We’re here to cut through the noise, challenge beauty industry norms, and create real change through radical transparency, education, and innovation. Now, we’re looking for a commercially savvy and impact-driven Regional Marketing Manager to lead the charge across key markets.
This is your moment to own, shape, and scale regional marketing that doesn't just land, but lands loud. You’ll be the voice of your region, dialed into what works locally, while steering strategy that moves the needle and delivers real business results.
Strategic Leadership & Ownership
- Own and lead the development and execution of tailored regional marketing strategies rooted in commercial outcomes. Ensure alignment with global direction while flexing for local nuance.
- Build and maintain a region-first marketing calendar—balancing brand campaigns, product launches, retailer activations, and long-term growth moments.
- Act as the voice of the region, providing market insights and influencing global planning.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of high-impact, integrated campaigns across organic and paid social, digital, in-store, PR, events, and influencer marketing.
- PR: Build and nurture strong relationships with key journalists, editors, and media outlets in the region. Craft impactful press releases, manage interviews, and lead press opportunities. Pitch and place stories that land high-quality coverage and understand media analytics.
- Events: Design and deliver end-to-end event strategies that bring our brand to life—from intimate skincare education moments to bold activations. Oversee concepting, budgeting, vendor management, logistics, and on-site execution. Experience developing experiential events from the ground up with vendor negotiation and budget management.
- Influencer: Lead and nurture influencer partnerships that drive authentic storytelling and deliver real results. Manage full campaign lifecycle—from identifying talent and negotiating contracts to overseeing content development and performance tracking. Track and optimise performance.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor the trade marketing team with confidence, clarity and INKEY’s signature energy to ensure every retail activation hits hard.
- Set the bar high with agency partners—define sharp KPIs and hold them accountable for delivering real results, not just ticking boxes.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and Global Marketing teams to ensure cohesive and NO BS go-to-market strategies.
- Present strategy, insights and results to senior leadership—owning the narrative and influencing key commercial decisions.
- Drive retailer engagement—presenting campaign plans that excite, activate, and secure sell-in.
Budget Management & ROI
- Own your regional marketing budget, making smart investments that deliver measurable ROI.
- Partner with finance and commercial teams to track spend, forecast impact, and report on financial performance with a full understanding of the P&L.
- Track, analyse, and optimise across campaign performance, influencer impact, and earned media.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Report clearly and confidently—celebrating wins and learning from losses.
Skills & Experience Required
- 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a regional or multi-market management role.
- Proven success planning brand strategies that deliver measurable results across influencer campaigns, PR activations, and brand events.
- Proven experience pitching and placing stories that land high-quality coverage as well as relationships with key journalists.
- Experience and confidence using media and influencer analytics tools.
- Experience managing consumer and influencer events of various sizes, scale and budgets.
- Deep knowledge of regional market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and media/influencer landscapes.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing people and agency partners.
- Data driven and commercially savvy with excellent budget management and ROI optimisation experience.
- Confident, engaging communicator and influencer, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and retailers.
- Fluent in marketing metrics, brand-building, and campaign optimisation.
- Someone who speaks fluent INKEY: bold, real, straight-talking, and impact-obsessed.
