An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Regional Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing, forward‑thinking organisation with ambitious expansion plans. We’re investing heavily in marketing and communications and are looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, creative environment where no two days are the same.

This role is field‑based and will require regular travel across regional sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver standardised marketing plans for new site launches, ensuring objectives, timelines, and performance targets are achieved.
  • Design and implement localised marketing plans tailored to the unique characteristics, challenges, and opportunities of each site.
  • Build strong relationships with local teams, communities, and networks to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
  • Identify and execute creative, high‑impact local campaigns that stand out in the market.
  • Collaborate with the central marketing team (PR, digital, campaigns, brand) to deliver consistent messaging and cohesive marketing activity.
  • Support local teams with social media activity and community engagement.
  • Create and update marketing materials and artwork in line with brand guidelines.
  • Manage and produce local video and content projects.
  • Track marketing performance, measure ROI, and report results to senior leadership.
  • Bring energy, creativity, and commercial acumen to every project.

About You

  • Proven success delivering local or regional marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • A self‑starter with strong creative instincts, initiative, and the confidence to test new ideas.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Commercially minded, able to balance creativity with strategic impact.
  • Experienced in managing the full marketing mix, including digital, content, and offline campaigns.
  • Willing to travel within the region (a car and full driving licence are essential).
